This "tale as old as time" has been a hit Disney movie twice and was their first animation-to-stage Broadway musical.  In the story, Belle gives up her own freedom to save her father's life when he wanders into a castle ruled by a hideous beast and a dazzling array of enchanted objects. Will Belle and the beast find love for one another and be able to stop the effects of the castle's spell before it's too late? This summer musical production features captivating music, charming dance numbers and both dramatic and comedic moments on stage.  Rehearsals will encompass all the components of the 'triple threat' both for the ensemble and main cast members.

Do you love writing scripts?  How about video editing? Being in front of the camera? Making people laugh? Then this class is for you!  Over the summer, we are auditioning for our first ever specialty acting troupe to write and star in a series of short films that tackle topics important to kids or that are just outright hilarious slapstick comedy, some which will be shared with our audiences (and posted online) prior to curtain for Annie and Beauty and the Beast. The company is limited to a maximum of 10-12 people who have completed grades 4-12. Once selected, you will be notified if you are serving as an actor, a writer, or both.  If you are auditioning for Annie or Beauty and the Beast, we will accept that as your audition (if you are not auditioning for those shows, sign up for an audition time and be prepared for a cold read provided to you on site).  All interested candidates MUST also submit a writing sample of no more than a page (handwritten legibly or typed) showcasing their writing ability (can be a short story, a monologue, a scene with dialog, etc.)  Registration fee: $75
